EDGEWATER PLACE is a manufactured home park with recently renovated lots available for lease. Lily lake is a beautiful natural setting , and Edgewater place offers southwesterly views of the lake . The are no power boats, just the occasional canoe passing by. We have level easy water access available. We allow small dogs and cats. The park is age restricted to persons 55 years of age or over.
